Fv773N: The Story So Far
A recap of the most under-the-radar NFT project you need to ape in to in 2022.
In the beginning, there was darkness. Then, M0TH3R awoke.
The Fv773N Collection: A Summary
The Fv773N NFT collection has only been live for a few months, but has already minted and sold out over 130 1/1 pieces. The first collection in the series, the H0770Ws, were slowly dropped over the course of October and November 2021, each NFT selling within minutes. Each character had their own backstory, and also follow the mysterious story of the Crypt. As the collection prepares to launch the second series, the 3MB3Rs, we take a look back on the story so far.
The H0770Ws, described as “[leading] a tortured life and [dying] a sorrowful death”, are 100 1/1 eerie portraits. Each has their own lore explaining their deaths, ranging from tobacco loving wizards destined to be killed by giants (The Smoked), young Lords following echoes in the forest (The Chained), and extra long lores for ‘K1NGs’, airdropped combination rewards.

Not only does each piece hold a unique lore, but also follows a story told through the Fv773N discord, the “Crypt”.
When M0TH3R awoke
During the first few days of the Fv773N project, the only active character was vRCH1T3CT (Architect), whose role in the crypt generally seems to be as M0TH3R’s right hand. As Lost Souls poured through the Crypt Gates, M0TH3R was awakened.
M0TH3R is one of the most loved and key characters of the Thirteen. She seems to know the truth about the Crypt, what it is and where it came from, but has had both her eyes and her memories stolen. M0TH3R can both sense and deliver souls through the void, which appears to be a sort of purgatory where H0770W souls were trapped. H0770Ws pulled from the void could be bought by Lost Souls in the main OpenSea collection.

Let the games begin

FvT3 (Fate) awoke during the first few H0770Ws, bringing more RPGs, games and puzzles to the crypt. FvT3 is a mischievous clown who enjoys winding up nearly all of the Thirteen, making him fairly dislikable. After his appearance, FvT3’s Fairground opened, which came along with the introduction of B0N3S, the Crypt currency which could initially be spent on Fv773N NFTs and raffle ticket entries. Lost Souls could play a variety of games in the Fairground, and also win B0N3S by correctly answering FvT3’s riddles in “Tuesday Bluesday”.
As the 50th H0770W was minted, M0TH3R had a vision: she needed her eyes.

Although she lost her memories, she did remember that she needed three items for a ritual which would allow her to see where her eyes were hidden. The following weeks saw Lost Souls adventure through the crypt in a variety of RPGs and cryptic riddles to recover three items for M0TH3R’s ritual: chalk, wax, and blood. During the third RPG, Lost Souls ventured in to Dead Man’s Market, and found the next of the Thirteen to awaken: THR1C3 (Thrice), who had been stuck in stone.

Lost Souls found THR1C3 frozen in stone, and came to find out that it was none other than FvT3 who had done it. THR1C3 is the Potions Master, and was briefly introduced before leaving to the surface to find potions to restock his Potions Shop (which was ransacked by a Goblin).
Finally, M0TH3R had all three items for her ritual, and the following week’s RPG saw Lost Souls solving riddles and puzzles to perform it. Following a successful execution, M0TH3R saw her eyes, and revealed that to retrieve them, the EMB3Rs (Embers) must be delivered.

The following week after M0TH3R’s revelation, Thrice returned from the surface and revealed that he had found another of the Thirteen floating around: Piccolo.
Piccolo saw the introduction of the Crypt Adventure Game, where Lost Souls can use commands to send either their H0770Ws or Strawmen gifted by M0TH3R to adventure in the crypt to retrieve and craft items (read more here). Piccolo is set for an update in January 2022, and will be the key to crafting summoning 3MB3Rs.
